ESNNA Code

The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (Mincetur) issued a ministerial resolution approving the code of conduct against the Sexual Exploitation of Girls, Boys, and Adolescents (ESNNA). Viajaxmundo Servicios Turísticos SAC signs a commitment and has adopted a “Code of Conduct” model, which promotes prevention policies and prevents the use and sexual exploitation of children and adolescents in tourism activity. Therefore, in accordance with current Peruvian law, it warns tourists that the exploitation and sexual abuse of minors in the country are considered crimes and are therefore subject to criminal penalties.

Commitment in support of children and adolescents

In our company, we promote responsible tourism that respects the rights of all, especially children and adolescents. As part of our commitment, we implement strict measures to prevent any form of child exploitation in the tourism sector:

  • Reject any activity that directly or indirectly favors the exploitation of minors in the tourism field.
  • Continuously train our staff and strategic partners to detect and prevent risk situations.
  • Establish internal reporting channels and cooperate with the competent authorities to report any indication of child exploitation.
  • Implement restricted access policies for minors in spaces where they may be exposed to risks.
  • Foster a culture of awareness among our travelers about the legal and moral consequences of child abuse.

We firmly believe that tourism should be a positive force that contributes to social and economic development without compromising the integrity of the most vulnerable. That is why we work closely with our business partners to ensure that every travel experience reflects these fundamental values.

At this agency we do not promote or permit the sexual exploitation of children and adolescents; nor any other criminal offense of which we become aware in the course of our activity, in accordance with Law N° 29408.
